Insalatina di Trota Affumicata (Smoked Trout Salad)

Ingredients
- 200g smoked trout fillets
- Mixed salad greens (arugula or lamb's lettuce)
- Green apple (sliced thinly) or walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Utensils
- Salad bowl
- Small jar (for the dressing)
- Knife and cutting board
Preparation
- Prep the fish: Tear or cut the smoked trout into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the vinaigrette: Shake olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a jar until emulsified.
- Assemble: Toss the greens and apple/walnuts in the bowl. Top with the trout and drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
